Person Specifications
Education/Qualifications
•Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities is essential
•Post graduate degree in a relevant field is essential
Experience
•A minimum of 7 years working experience preferably in the social development field as essential
•A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is essential
•Experience of the Nigerian policy environment as it relates with Gender & HIV/AIDS is essential
•Experience in HIV Prevention and Gender main streaming is desirable
Skill/Abilities
•Excellent computer application skills is essential
•Excellent oral and written communications skills is essential
•Excellent conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills is essential
•Excellent Skills in policy analysis and interpretation is essential
Personal Qualities
•Creative and takes initiative
•Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
•Willing and enable to travel
