The Customer Service Agent Town Office (m/f) is responsible for telephone sales and ticketing with particular emphasis on service excellence and with the aim of increasing sales. Dependent on the assignment-focus the tasks include the following:
- Provide customer service and sales-information to customers and finalise sales
- Carrying out reservations and re-bookings and special service requests
- Processing of requests via various computer reservation systems and internal queues
- Handling of all tasks related to the Lufthansa frequent flyer program Miles & More
- Handling of general telephone enquiries, incl. the handling of team/department calls
- Assistance of travel agents with all product enquiries (incl. net fare contracts, route deals, irregularity handling etc.) and special service requests
- Participate in projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities

- knowledge of CRS as well as tariff- and ticketing know-how are of advantage
- willingness to work shifts
- Angolan nationality or a work/residence permit for Angola is a pre-requisite
