Role Summary/Purpose
The Team Leader is responsible for the contractual performance and Customer satisfaction of the projects
Essential Responsibilities
The person hired will be: - Responsible for the close coordination of the contractual services in the assigned areas as per contractual obligations, respect of Customer quality and execution requirements, accomplishment of assigned projects profitability targets.- Responsible of driving team and relevant support functions through the use of common processes, procedures, best practices and tools to make sure that all the contractual services will be implemented in a consistent and effective way measured by specific area performance metrics.- Ensure that all provided services and solutions will comply with the specific EHS and import/export regulations provided for by the local authorities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical Degree or equivalent. - 5+ years experience in project management/project engineering roles.- Strong leadership skills. - Skilled in organization and management of high performance and diverse teams.- Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken.- Business and financial acumen (cost control, billing/collections/PD, productivity, COF, etc.).- Proficiency with computer tools.- Available for business trips in the assigned regions as well as to the HQ.- Knowledge of O&G applications and technical knowledge of main O&G products (specifically Gas Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors).- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
