Overall Objectives of the Job:
- Responsible for overall Finance and Accounting activities of the Strategic Business Units.
- Actively support the MD/CEO of the SBUs to ensure efficient operation and growth of the business.
- Direct and develop monthly management reporting packages and analysis, communicate financial results to Board of Directors.
- Direct the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and variation reporting to identify areas requiring attention and areas of possible improvement.
Role Profile:
- A first degree in Accounting/Finance, with membership of lCAN, ACCA etc.
- Minimum of 15 years cumulative work experience in finance and accounts functions, 5 of which must have been in the capacity of a financial controller.
All positions require sound knowledge of accounting systems and practices in the manufacturing industry.
Compensation will be competitive and market driven.
