PROJECT MANAGER
The candidate for this position shall assist in the overall day-to-day operations, growth and development of our real estate
subsidiary. The ideal candidate must not be more than 50 years and must possess a good BSC or HND in Architecture, Civil or
Building Engineering. He/she must have a minimum of ten years cognate experience including management experience and must be
a member of relevant professional bodies
Specific responsibilities will include preparation of feasibility studies, selections of project consultants, management of
regulating approval processes, and site supervision. Must be skilled in MS word, Excel and projects.
LEGAL OFFICER
The ideal candidate should not be more than 35 years, a qualified lawyer, and msut possess a good LL.B (Hons.) from a
recognized institution with a minimum of five years experience in the financial service industry or a reputable law firm with
commercial practice. The candidate must have extensive practical experience of property law. Experience in human resources
management would be desirous
