Reporting to Head of I.T, the holder will be responsible for ensuring effective and all time availability of information systems in the bank and provide administration support to all the departments.
Key duties:
# LAN/WAN network Troubleshooting, management and administration of data transmission throughout the bank branches and at the Head Office or any other connection
# Undertake proper installation of hardware and software applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
# Monitory and maintain user’s profile/ data in the Bank’s IT applications
# Run regular reports for the bank as required (whether daily, quarterly, or yearly) by various departments.Minimum qualifications, experience and skills required
# Degree in Information Technology, a professional certificate in Network/ System Administration (MCSE/ CISCO) will be an added advantage.
# Good working knowledge with at least one core banking software categorized as tier 1.
# Three (3) years experience in a busy IT environment
# -team player with ability to work with minimum supervision
# The credit officer through teamwork will efficiently and effectively handle Credit function operation in order to ensure a profitable line of business and a quality loan book.Key duties
# Undertake credit appraisal to vet all credit proposals from all branches
# Generate credit risk analysis, evaluation and credit performance reports
# Evaluation of customer needs and activities of the competition in liaison with the marketing department and the branches (product development) with regard to Credit Bank Limited
# Work hand in hand with CBL team to source for new business
# Carry out inspection customer support within agreed SLAs with other relevant stakeholders. Minimum qualifications, experience and skills required
# Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance related field.
# Good understanding and implementing of the credit policy and customer care.
# Lending and customer care experience to create a balancing between credit risk and customer services.
# At least three (3) years experience in a credit function of a financial institution
# Have excellent interpersonal, organizing and people management skills
