Regional Marketing Manager
This position will be responsible for:
• Identifying, planning and executing marketing activities at a regional (Nigeria and Ghana) level to meet investment and business development goals
• Developing and manage the necessary marketing bUdget to support the plan
• Developing the GroFin brand appropriately within the region
• Providing the region with ongoing marketing support
• Maintaining an understanding of the business’ goals and identifying appropriate marketing activity to reach such goals
• Working closely with Sales and provide ongoing support
• Executing specific marketing activities as initiated by Group Marketing
This position will be responsible for:

Requirements/Qualifications
• The incumbent will posses solid marketing skills and knowledge.
• Intimate knowledge of the West African marketing environment is crucial.
• They will have a history of achieving results; an entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and a strong focus on relationship building and management.
• A minimum of 5 years marketing experience is required, including experience in developing plans and strong evidence of executing such plans.
• Demonstrable experience in Public Relations and working with and supporting a sales team is also required.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry will be advantageous.
