Description: Recruitment: 
Responsible for the CV management, send needed replies to the applicants of ABB (either through the faxes, reception, emails)
Classify and sort CVs, in order to make them reachable in an easy way.
Prepare needed recruitment reports, number of closed/open jobs, KPI periodic reports
Office Managment (meeting's scheduling, filing, handle information)
Perform initial phone interviews, and initial screening of CVs.
Make sure that the needed recruitment steps are complete: starting from the Staffing request, up to the completion of the hiring documents.
Assist in the audit of Recruitment documents within the different Divisions/BUs
Assist in the employment fairs administration and needed logistics.
Assist in the internal and external job postings.
Perform other Recruitment and selection tasks as needed
HR General Duties 
Responsible for the monthly, and quarterly Country HR reports.
Assist the Country HR Director in the presentations, preparations for HR meetings of Country and MEA.
Direct employees on how to access HR related services, information, and guidelines.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (3-4 years)
BA degree, preferably in a field related to Human Resources Management
