ROLE
Initiate and develop systems to support the organizational expansion. Maintain and support HR SAP Module and Intranet Based HR Systems and Workflows. Provides support in implementation of SAP HR modules interfacing with all concerned Departments. Preparation of training documentation and training of users in how to use SAP. Review the business processes, policies, and procedures of the Employee Development & Welfare (EDW) and plan, develop and implement business improvement/re-engineering initiatives which will help increase the efficiency of EDW services to it is customers (internal and external).
 
REQUIREMENTS
•B.Sc, in Information Technology &Computer Science •Minimum 10 years related experience in the area of Human Resources work flow processes evaluation, continuous improvement practices, quality management, and project management. •Specialized experience in the implementation of computerized HR systems, database and spreadsheet programs. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with multinational workforce. •Strong analytical, logical and statistical skills. •Excellent project management, planning and organizing skills. •Excellent written and spoken English. •Formal or strong work-related qualifications in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or similar •Possesses good leadership qualities and a team player. •Good experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers, particularly pertaining to financial issues in oil and gas, petrochemical or LNG plants.
