The British Council is recruiting for a ‘Director Resources’ post based in Lagos.
The post holder will:
Lead the provision of business support services for BC Nigeria country operation, ensuring that
resources are effectively deployed to support operations in meeting business objectives.
Plan, manage and deliver the services of the BC Nigeria Resources Hub and demonstrate high order leadership, management and resources skills to deliver an integrated resources hub that is fit for purpose, compliant and meets the highest corporate standards.
Promote positive environmental measures to reduce our carbon footprint.
Contribute to the development of BC Nigeria as an innovative and high performing operation. To model the values and principles of an integrated operation and contribute to regional developments.
The selected candidate should have:
Extensive Financial Planning and Management training and experience
At least 5 years Management level experience
Familiarity with SAP Financial Systems
