BDO International Vacancies: Company Secretary

We are a member of BDO international, a worldwide network of professional firms serving global and national business. We are the world’s fifth largest multinational provider of professional services in accountancy, assurance, consultancy, taxation and other services.
Our client is a major player in the servicing sector of the Nigerian economy seeks appointment of dynamic and result- oriented Company Secretary for immediate employment.

Company Secretary
Qualifications and Experience:
- Good first degree in Law from a reputable University,
- A higher degree such as LLM or ACIS will be added advantage,
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Provision of a broad range of Corporate Professional Services to clients.
- Preparation of documents for filing with the SEC and other statutory authorities
- Handling of corporate immigration and customs related services to clients.
