Regional Merchandising Managers (South East, North East, Lagos & South West)
Purpose of the role
The merchandising manager will oversee the performance and compliance of all operational functions within the specified region
Key Responsibilities
Field Management/ People
* Daily monitoring of an assigned/ defined region and field management including merchandising
* Weekly summary report which includes market intelligence in assigned region
* Enforcement of company code of conduct for all staff
* To develop skills and knowledge within yourself through on the job development
* Provide feedback to your team regarding improvements that could be made to regional team
Key skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Graduate in business, marketing & retail management or related field
* 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations & management with increasing responsibility, within a multi site environment
* previous FMCG experience, understands the nature of direct marketing and sales promotion
* must be proficient in MS Office applications ( Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
* excellent presentation & relationship skills
