As part of plans to commence full operations, we seek to recruit focused , energetic, results-oriented and suitably qualified professionals to fill the following positions in the country:

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER(Ref FILITM)
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will ensure the deployment and substance of I.T infrastructure to support business operations. He/She will organize and execute strategic imperatives of the company in alignment with work processes. Specifically, the candidate will:
? Develop and manage an efficient  IT department, consistent and appropriate with the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
? Develop s blue print on IT infrastructural requirement to meet the organization’s strategic objectives
? Maintain and manage IT vendor and service providers efficiently to reduce the effect of total IT infrastructural collapse
? Manage all IT hardware, software and consumables to ensure a flawless synergy of resources within the organization
? Ensure adequate security and safeguard of database and applications against hackers and viruses.
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
? A good bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
? Higher degree(s) or relevant professional qualification(s) will be an advantage
? Minimum of five(7) years experience gained in the  insurance company
? Must be able to work in a team-based multi-cultural environment
? Good organizational, project management and inter-personal skills
? Location: Lagos
