Business Unit: Zain Kenya Division: Sales
Location: Kenya - Nairobi
Basic Purpose:
To plan, organize and control the sales Strategy and Projects function in the company in relation to overall company objectives, goals and revenue targets.
Main duties & responsibilities:
•Designs and executes strategies to ensure that the company's sales objectives as set in the Annual Budget and/or set from time to time by Zain management are achieved.
•Monitors performance against sales targets, discusses with the SS&PM and formulates and implements corrective actions.
•Advises the SS&PM on the best way of obtaining new business and of retaining and enhancing existing ones.
