HEAD OF SECURITY AT TOTAL

Job description :            
        The successful applicant will be required to:
• Implement security policies and procedures
• Direct the security coordinator onboard TEPNG facilitites

• Ensure security for movements, visits, residences, operations; bridging documents and develop situation awareness
• Ensure compliance of ISPS code
• Prepare, update, submit OML58 security reports and documents
• Plan, supervise and review the work of the Control Room
• Protection of company Personnel in Location
• Protection of company contractors and contractors’ personnel during company operations.
• Round the Clock Protection for Multi billion Dollars Company Installations and Assets in Location.
• Maintaining close relationship and liaison with Government Security Agencies.                 Required skills :      
       
        Education :      
       
         The ideal applicant should have a Bachelors degree in Social Science, Political Science or Law.               
        Experience :      
       
         The ideal applicant should be a retired Armed Forces or Police Personnel with 15 years experience; Industry experience will be an added advantage      
               
               Skills :         The ideal applicant should posess the following skills:

• Ability to harness for result a team with diverse age, experiences and background.
• Good public and human relations ability.
• Computer application skills
• Ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of French an advantage
